"He has some of most helpful people to help you. But in 5 years, I've rarely had anyone call me back when I was forced to leave a message. Havent ever met Kyle, and it's always a coin toss for if one of those helpful people still works at Kyle's office or they've left. I recently had a total loss that StateFarm was done with in 2 days, but it took 2 months of chasing the phones to find out why my payout wasnt happening. Not Kyle's fault, but my original statement - nearly impossible to get a callback, so get ready to keep dialing your work day away to catch them when they're in the office... Good Luck."
